Michelle Alcorn has over 15 years of experience successfully managing and leading various sized businesses across Canada. She is a skilled leader, coach, and trainer who understands how to develop and implement action plans that deliver results. She was a Senior Executive in the Optical/Manufacturing and Retail industries, managing teams with over 450 employees and over $90 million in sales nationally. Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to areas of customer service, recruitment, training, leadership, and sales. Her familiarity with the National and Atlantic Canadian industries comes from her years of experience with a national recruitment company. She successfully led recruitment projects from CEO, to Finance, to Sales, to IT; within various industries, including Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, and Call Centers. She enjoys the opportunity to help others find successful new careers, and to consult with companies, assisting them in making great hiring decisions and training their teams. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce and the Riverview Boys & Girls Club.
