Scott Frederick

Scott Frederick attended the University of Dayton, where he received a B.A. in Psychology and also his Juris Doctorate. After spending ten years as a practicing trial lawyer and Magistrate Judge, Scott left the bench in 2003 and, along with his wife Sharon, purchased Carson Wrapped Hershey’s Chocolates, a personalized candy business. Scott is the CEO and manages business operations. He has helped oversee tremendous strategic growth for the custom announcement and favor business. Since their purchase, Scott and Sharon have launched several multi-channel marketing initiatives that increased Carson revenue by over 100% in just the first four years. This multimillion dollar custom candy business continues to grow and evolve, reaching new markets and customers worldwide.
